PAV BHAJI

Serves :  2-3

Cooking Time :  30 – 45 minutes

 Ingredients :  

      • Potatoes – 200 gms
      • Green Peas – 150 gms
      • Cauliflower – 150 gms
      • Capsicum – 150 gms
      • Carrots – 150 gms
      • Onions – 4 (large)
      • Tomatoes – 2
      • Swaroma Pav Bhaji Masala- 2 tsp
      • Swaroma Turmeric Powder- 1tsp
      • Swaroma Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
      • Salt

Method : 

      • Boil 200gm potatoes, peel and mash them
      • Boil 150 gm green peas, cauliflower, capsicum, carrots seprately
      • In a deep pan add 4-5 tsp oil and 3 tsp butter and add 3 finely chopped onions, stir fry till it gets a nice golden colour
      • Add 2 tsp Swaroma Pav Bhaji masala, 1 tsp Swaroma Chilli Powder
      • Add 2 coarsely chopped tomatoes and salt to taste
      • Add boiled vegetables, add ½ cup water and on high flame mix and mash them and cook for 10 mins
      •  A cube of butter  and garnish it with chopped coriander
      • Serve with buttered Pav (bread slices)
      • Roast and serve together with chopped raw onions sprinkled with lemon juice
